I’m talking about a guy named Saphrym, a father, husband, teacher, thinker, reader, writer and a dieter. His battle with his weight is on-going, and he’s winning!

I frequent his site and make note of what he eats and does each day for exercise (he lists these all at the end of his posts). He’s been an inspiration to me because of his determination to lose weight. He recently posted his first official article about losing weight, “Losing Weight Costs Money“, which basically tackles the dieting myths that people use to procrastinate on their dieting plans.
